Camp Inno Est. 2024 — NJ
Issue No. 01 Dossier — About
Meet the team

Built by people,
not by departments.

Camp Inno is led by camp people, creatives, and builders who have spent years in the work.

What follows is a short dossier: what we're trying to do, what we stand on, and who's showing up to make it real.

Foundations

What Camp Inno is for.

A short read. Three things we keep pointing back to when decisions get hard.

01 — Mission

Prepare the next generation of innovators for a world that keeps changing.

We believe the job market and the broader world are evolving faster than most camps can keep up with. Our job is to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and community to thrive inside that change. We encourage them to be adaptable, creative, and ready to lead.

02 — Vision

A camp that functions like a launchpad for curious people.

Through innovative programming, we help campers build entrepreneurial, technical, and creative muscle at the same time. We are grounded in ethics, collaboration, and a strong sense of self. The goal isn't "one more camp." It's a launchpad that compounds year over year.

03 — Practice

Treat trust and craft as the same discipline.

Programs are real. Staff is real. The tools are real. That posture matters because young people can tell when they're being patronized, and they tell everyone. We design with that assumption always in the room.

The four

Values we actually argue about.

These show up in staff decisions and camper experience. This isn't mission-statement wallpaper.

  1. Restorative Innovation

Build ideas that repair and expand access.

  2. Radical Trust

Candor, care, and accountability holding hands in public.

  3. Tailored Care

Meet each camper and staffer as a specific human.

  4. Tangible Access

Reduce the actual barriers to getting to camp and belonging there.

Camp works best when the adults are building something they'd also want to be a camper inside of.
